Return & Refund Policy
At Zakity, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our products are designed to improve visibility and help make nail trimming easier; however, results can vary, and safe use depends on proper handling and technique.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, you must contact us at support@zakity.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In new condition suitable for resale with all components included
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
All approved returns must be received within 14 days of the authorization being issued. Returns received after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Email support@zakity.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If your return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, Zakity will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund.
For all other returns, including change-of-mind:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If your order originally included free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. We are unable to send refunds to alternative payment methods. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund, as timing may vary by institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zakity.com.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@zakity.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original item (once authorized) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Gift cards are always non-refundable. Other discounted or sale items may be returned unless they are specifically marked as Final Sale.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
Right to Refuse Returns
Zakity reserves the right to refuse or limit returns that:
- Were not authorized in advance
- Are returned outside of the allowed timeframes
- Show signs of use, damage, or missing components
- Are not in resalable condition
- Appear fraudulent or abusive
Additional Terms
All returns are subject to inspection and approval at Zakity’s sole discretion. Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned items are used, incomplete, or not in original condition.
Zakity is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Our products are intended as tools to assist with pet grooming. They do not guarantee specific outcomes, and Zakity makes no guarantees regarding results or prevention of injury. Proper use is the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using this policy as evidence of agreed terms.
