Zakity products include pet grooming tools, including cutting instruments. Use of these products involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to your pet (including cutting the quick), injury to yourself or others, and stress or behavioral reactions from animals.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the safe, proper, and humane use of the product. Zakity, LLC does not guarantee that use of its products will prevent injury or produce any particular result.

Zakity, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, inexperience, failure to follow instructions, or normal risks associated with pet grooming.

Our products are not a substitute for professional veterinary or grooming services. If you are unsure how to safely use the product, consult a licensed veterinarian or professional groomer.

Products should not be used by children and must be used only under appropriate adult supervision.

We sell and ship products only within the United States.

All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance by Zakity, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

You agree that purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Zakity may donate a portion of qualifying purchases to charitable organizations. Such donations are made by Zakity and not by the customer and are subject to change at our discretion.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet’s health. Zakity LLC is not responsible for any actions taken based on information provided.
